Our balloonist will use long skinny balloons to create big dingy hats, animal hats,
bouquet of flowers, animal pets on leashes and those who are more adventurous get
transformed into character such as a Policeman, Pirates, Fairy, Monkey trainer,
etc. Character dressing comes alive with balloon costumes.
